Job Description: This position is responsible for developing and managing CRM campaigns in order to grow and retain T-Mobiles customer base. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & its results. Furthermore in scope is the identification of process improvement to support campaign efficiency & effectiveness. Provide consultation and recommendations on how best to strategically improve Marketing Campaigns to drive company sales and profit.
Responsibilities: Directs the planning & operational activities for programs (e.g. Retention campaigns, VOC) as prioritized by Sr. Manager. Works cross-functionally to gather program requirements, timelines and assess feasibility. Ensures all aspects of readiness are in place to launch and maintain programs including optimization recommendations. Campaign & program planning and milestone management Define requirements for targeting, working cross functionally Optimize with-in and across marketing campaign selections to maximize efficiencies Facilitate post-campaign learning & insights sessions Review and prioritize new requests Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Minimum Required 5+ years work experience in marketing, preferable CRM 1 to 2 years of wireless cable or subscriber based industry experience managing or developing CRM programs including business cases on subscriber related financials Proven experience supporting and understanding Direct Marketing objectives and needs Marketing background with demonstrated success in planning and managing direct marketing campaigns 1+ years of proven project management experience (managing small to medium sized projects)
