Position: Team Assistant
Schedule: Part-time, Days
Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
Offers Customer Service Excellence with every patient or visitor encounter.
Provides patient and visitor escort to destination as needed.
Maintains a clean and organized work area at all entrances
Assists with patient flow at front entrance and keep the area organized and open without clutter.
Maintains the concierge desk as inviting and open atmosphere.
Initiates patient in RTL system. Maintains awareness of wait times and patient locations. Ensures updates are provided to waiting families.
Promotes co-worker satisfaction with a positive attitude and consistently displaying high levels of teamwork and cooperation; goes out of way to help others.
Reviews clinical schedule to prepare for any and all unusual circumstances that might occur.
Helps to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere in the main lobby and all greeting areas/waiting rooms.
Helps to maintain literature and menus for prompt customer service request.
Values diversity and different backgrounds; treats everyone with respect and dignity.
One year of previous concierge/ receptionist experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
High School Diploma or GED
Basic Life Support (BCLS) from American Heart Association obtained within three months of hire
